How do I cancel my order?
Please contact House of Tea within 24 hours of placing your order and include your order reference, full name, email address, and phone number. Cancellation requests can only be reviewed before the order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or specially prepared.
Once the order enters preparation or delivery, we may no longer be able to cancel it. For urgent requests, WhatsApp us directly so we can check the order status as quickly as possible.
How do you refund my money?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. After House of Tea confirms the cancellation, refunds usually take 7 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider.
If a payment provider charges non-refundable transaction fees, those fees may not be returned by the provider.
What is your general cancellations policy?
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before processing begins. A 10% cancellation fee may apply to approved cancellations to cover payment, packing, and administrative costs.
Custom corporate gifts, prepared hampers, limited seasonal lots, and items already assigned for dispatch may not be eligible for cancellation.
I am not happy with the tea or received the wrong shipment. What do I do now?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and clear photos of the parcel, label, and item received. If the wrong product was supplied or the item arrived damaged, we will review the case and advise replacement, store credit, or refund options where appropriate.
Tea aroma, colour, and taste can vary by batch and brewing method, so a change in personal preference alone may not qualify for return.
How do I return my order?
For freshness and hygiene reasons, tea products cannot normally be returned once delivered, opened, or exposed to storage conditions outside our control. Teaware may be reviewed for return only when unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Do not send products back without confirmation from House of Tea. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
