House of Tea supports selected payment methods shown at checkout. Card and digital wallet details are handled through secure payment providers and are not stored directly on this website.

Order totals are calculated by our backend using current product prices and quantities. Payment confirmation may depend on the payment provider's approval, webhook, or transaction status update.

Returns & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been packed, dispatched, or specially prepared may not be eligible for cancellation.

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened tea products may not be returnable unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Teaware may be reviewed for return when unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Customers may browse and place orders as guests where guest checkout is available. Registered accounts can help manage details and order history, but account creation is optional unless a specific service requires sign-in.
